Friendly Doctor who listened Appt went on time.
James Riely was exactly what the NHS needs. Care was excellent, but saying that, the other staff were friendly and caring.Improvement would be A/C in ward and reduction of stench of food.
I found all nursing staff kind and considerate, food was adequate, but felt that the rule for two visitors at the bedside was abused and not strictly controlled - as was level of noise ie. mobile phones and very loud conversations between patients and visitors.
Happy with care.

In the cardiology department, I couldn't fault it.
The follow up appointment for results was put back, not because of the strikes.
A phone call to put you mind at ease or email would have saved hospital time and patient worry.
My consultation was just to check I hadn't picked up some hereditary condition which my siblings have. Email attachments can have PIN protection.
Was well looked after. Was not given blood test results & info as doctors were not available (weekend(. Nurses were all great.
